Our Production

AM Supply Group has joint production agreements with Asian factories to manufacture valves with own brand. The selection of the factories is carried out according to an internal program properly standardized where the parameters are evaluated and standards associated with the manufacturing processes of industrial equipment and accessories, which are mandatory before, during and after completion of the manufacturing process.

During the selection work engineers and consultants move to get first-hand manufacturers and their real possibilities to meet internal quality standards and proceed to the construction of valves O&G.

To carry out this process, O&G provides engineering, design, selection of materials, methods of quality control in casting, machining, assembly, nondestructive testing, etc. and technical supervision; the factory in turn brings its machinery, labor, infrastructure, etc.

For this manufacturing process valves, after having launched our Project Sourcing and inspected by our local staff factories with the capacity and quality requirements and in order to meet deadlines committed delivery, we have selected the following factories:

All valves are manufactured under our contract production cooperated with Asian factories, in strict compliance with the specifications and requirements properly standardized management system under our quality control and production scheduling.

We attach as additional information Certificates ISO 9001-2000, which guarantee us to carry out this manufacturing process.
